Donegal Investment Group announces that it purchased 3,166 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each at an average price of €5.60 per share on 5 February 2016 to be held as treasury shares.

 

Following the purchase of these shares, the Company has a total of:

  • 298,622 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each held as treasury shares; and
  • 9,986,968 Ordinary Shares in issue.
