Donegal Investment Group announces that it has been informed of the purchase of 1,000 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each by Henry McGarvey, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, at a price of €7.25 per share on 25 October 2017.
Following this purchase of shares, Henry McGarvey is the beneficial owner of 10,377 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.11% of the Company's current issued share capital.
