Donegal Investment Group announces that it has been informed of the purchase of 1,000 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each at an average price per share of €13.00 by Henry McGarvey, Director of the Company, on 26 March 2021.
Following the purchase of shares, Henry McGarvey is the beneficial owner of 13,286 Ordinary Shares representing 0.47% of the Company's ordinary shares outstanding of 2,828,789.
