Donegal Investment Group announces that it has been informed of the purchase of 1,452 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each by Frank Browne, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, at a price of €8.93 per share on 20 February 2019.
Following this purchase of shares, Frank Browne is the beneficial owner of 7,036 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.17% of the Company's current issued share capital.
