Donegal Investment Group announces that it has been informed of the purchase of 2,000 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each by Patrick Kelly, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, at a price of €7.40 per share today, 26 October 2017.
Following this purchase of shares, Patrick Kelly is the beneficial owner of 4,401 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.045% of the Company's current issued share capital.
