Donegal Creameries announces that it has been informed on 26 October 2011 of the purchase of 6,504 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each on 25 October by Francis Devenney, at an average price of €3.44 per share.

Following this purchase of shares, Francis Devenney is the beneficial owner of 100,707 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.98% of the Company's current issued share capital. Francis Devenney is a non-executive director of the Company.
