Donegal Investment Group announces that it has been informed of the purchase of 2,500 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each by Ian Ireland, the Managing Director of the Company, at a price of €7.25 per share on 23 October 2017.
Following this purchase of shares, Ian Ireland is the beneficial owner of 181,774 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.87% of the Company's current issued share capital.
