Donegal Investment Group announces that it has been informed of the purchase of 4,274 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each by Ian Ireland, the Managing Director of the Company, at a price of €5.601533 per share on 20 May 2016.
Following this purchase of shares, Ian Ireland is the beneficial owner of 164,274 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.655% of the Company's current issued share capital.
