Donegal Creameries announces that it was informed today of the purchase of 5,192 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each by Ian Ireland, at an average price of €4.55 per share on 20 June 2013.
Following this purchase of shares, Ian Ireland is the beneficial owner of 13 7,032 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.36% of the Company's current issued share capital. Ian Ireland is the Managing Director of the Company.
