Donegal Investment Group announces that it purchased a total of 13,000 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each on 19 October at the following average prices to be held as treasury shares.

 

  • 19 October, 3,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of €7.20
  • 19 October, 10,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of €7.22

 

Following the purchase of these shares, the Company has a total of:

  • 585,662 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each held as treasury shares; and
  • 9,699,928 Ordinary Shares in issue.
