Donegal Investment Group announces that it has been informed of the purchase of a total of 305 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each by Henry McGarvey, a non-executive director of the Company, at a price of €5.40 per share on 14 and 15 December 2016.
Following this purchase of shares, Henry McGarvey is the beneficial owner of 9,377 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.096% of the Company's current issued share capital.
