Purchase of Own Shares

 

 

Donegal Investment Group announces that it purchased 6,000 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each at an average price of €5.985 per share on 14 October and 16 October 2014 to be held as treasury shares.

 

Following the purchase of these shares, the Company has a total of:

  • 23,611 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each held as treasury shares; and
  • 10,261,979 Ordinary Shares in issue.
