Donegal Investment Group announces that it purchased a total of 2,860 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 on the following dates and at the following average prices to be held as treasury shares.

 

  • 12 September, 1,860 Ordinary Shares at an average price of €6.10
  • 13 September, 1,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of €6.07

 

Following the purchase of these shares, the Company has a total of:

  • 571,063 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each held as treasury shares; and
  • 9,714,527 Ordinary Shares in issue.
