Donegal Investment Group announces that it has been informed of the purchase of 1,813 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each by Ian Ireland, the Managing Director of the Company, at a price of €9.00 per share on 13 December 2018.
Following this purchase of shares, Ian Ireland is the beneficial owner of 90,928 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.17% of the Company's current issued share capital.
