Donegal Investment Group announces that it has been informed of the purchase of 1,000 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each by Henry McGarvey, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, at a price of €8.89 per share on 13 February 2019.
Following this purchase of shares, Henry McGarvey is the beneficial owner of 10,802 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.26% of the Company's current ordinary shares outstanding.
