Donegal Investment Group announces that it has been informed of the purchase of 1,000 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each by Patrick Kelly, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, at a price of €8.91 per share on 4 December 2018.
Following this purchase of shares, Patrick Kelly is the beneficial owner of 3,037 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.07% of the Company's current issued share capital.
