Donegal Investment Group announces that it has been informed of the purchase of 1,000 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each by Ian Ireland, the Managing Director of the Company, at a price of €8.70 per share on 9 January 2019.
Following this purchase of shares, Ian Ireland is the beneficial owner of 91,928 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.20% of the Company's current issued share capital.
