Donegal Investment Group announces that it has been informed of the purchase of 5,000 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each by Ian Ireland, the Managing Director of the Company, at a price of €5.45 per share on 6 December 2016.
Following this purchase of shares, Ian Ireland is the beneficial owner of 179,274 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.83% of the Company's current issued share capital.
