Donegal Investment Group announces that it has been informed today by Quaero Capital S.A. that it has sold 28,000 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each in the Company and that they are now the beneficial owner of 412,532 Ordinary Shares, representing 9.85% of the Company's current ordinary shares outstanding.
