Donegal Investment Group announces that it has been informed of the purchase of 1,367 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each by Frank Browne, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, at a price of €9.00 per share on 1 March 2019.
Following this purchase of shares, Frank Browne is the beneficial owner of 8,403 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.20% of the Company's current issued share capital.
