Donegal Investment Group announces that it has been informed of the purchase of 5,000 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each by Michael Griffin, a non-executive director of the Company, at an average price of €5.284 per share on 1 September 2015.
Following this purchase of shares, Michael Griffin is the beneficial owner of 20,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.20% of the Company's current issued share capital.
