Donegal Investment Group announces that it purchased a total of 500 Ordinary Shares of nominal value of €0.13 each at an average price of €7.65 on 28 December to be held as treasury shares and 10,014 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each at an average price of €7.65 per share on 3 January to be held as treasury shares.

 

Following the purchase of these shares, the Company has a total of:

  • 644,485 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each held as treasury shares; and
  • 9,641,105 Ordinary Shares in issue.
