Donegal Investment Group announces that it has been informed of the purchase of 4,017 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each by Geoffrey McClay, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, at a price of €12.05 per share on 28 November 2019.
Following this purchase of shares, Geoffrey McClay is the beneficial owner of 16,471 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.397% of the Company's current issued share capital.
