Donegal Investment Group announces that it has been informed of the purchase of 5,400 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each by Geoffrey Vance, at an average price of €5.99 per share on 3 October 2014. The Company has also been informed of the purchase of 3,000 Ordinary Shares of nominal value of €0.13 each by Henry McGarvey, at an average price of €6.00 per share on 6 October and 9 October.
Following this purchase of shares, Geoffrey Vance is the beneficial owner of 154,387 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.5% of the Company's current issued share capital. Geoffrey Vance is the Chairman of the Company.
Following this purchase of shares, Henry McGarvey is the beneficial owner of 3,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03% of the Company's current issued share capital. Henry McGarvey is a Non Executive Director of the Company.
