Purchase of Own Shares

 

 

Donegal Investment Group announces that it purchased 1,500 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each at an average price of €5.35 per share on 18 September 2015 to be held as treasury shares.

 

Following the purchase of these shares, the Company has a total of:

  • 184,632 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each held as treasury shares; and
  • 10,100,958 Ordinary Shares in issue.
