Donegal Investment Group announces that it has been informed of the purchase of 3,600 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each at an average price per share of €9.03 by Geoffrey Vance, the Chairman of the Company, on 19 April 2018.
Following the purchase of shares, Geoffrey Vance is the beneficial owner of 191,489 Ordinary Shares representing 2.01% of the Company's current issued share capital.
