Donegal Investment Group announces that it has been informed of the purchase of 2,000 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each by Geoffrey Vance, at an average price of €5.70 per share on 13 January 2015.
Following this purchase of shares, Geoffrey Vance is the beneficial owner of 156,387 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.53% of the Company's current issued share capital. Geoffrey Vance is the Chairman of the Company.
