Share Dealing

 

 

Donegal Investment Group announces that it purchased a total of 36,070 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 on the following dates and at the following average prices to be held as treasury shares.

 

  • 18 August, 1,245 Ordinary Shares at an average price of €6.10
  • 24 August, 545 Ordinary Shares at an average price of €6.10
  • 31 August, 34,280 Ordinary Shares at an average price of €6.10

 

Following the purchase of these shares, the Company has a total of:

  • 566,853 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each held as treasury shares; and
  • 9,718,737 Ordinary Shares in issue.
