Donegal Investment Group plc (“Donegal Investment Group” or the “Company”) 6 August 2014 Donegal Investment Group announces that it has been informed by Argos Investment Managers S.A that its Argos Funds (“Argos”) have an interest in 924,537 shares in the Company, representing 9.01 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company. On 1 August 2014 Argos acquired 822 shares in the Company which had the effect of increasing its interest in the issued share capital of the Company above 9 per cent and as such Argos had a notifiable interest under sections 67-88 of the Companies Act 1990.
