Donegal Investment Group ("DIG" or the "Company")
Further to its previous announcement regarding the continuation of its listing on Euronext Growth the Company is pleased to announce that it intends to remain listed until the end of the year or at the latest 5 February 2027 (being the last trading day in the twelve-month period following completion of the IPM Disposal, as permitted by the Euronext Growth Rules).
If the Company has not completed an acquisition constituting a reverse takeover by 5 February 2027 (twelve months following completion), Euronext Dublin will suspend the trading of its shares in accordance with the Euronext Growth Rules.
