Director Appointment

The Board of Donegal Creameries is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Henry McGarvey, aged 45 years, as a non-executive director of the Company, with effect from 28th August 2013.

Mr. McGarvey was previously Managing Director of Pramerica Systems Ireland Limited and is currently a board member of the IDA.

Previously, Mr. McGarvey worked in senior executive positions with Almarai in Sa udi Arabia and Motorola and Accenture in Dublin.

Mr. McGarvey does not currently hold an interest in the shares of the Company. There are no disclosures required to be made pursuant to paragraph (g)(iii) - (viii) of Schedule Two of the IEX Rules.
