Donegal Investment Group announces that it was informed today of the purchase of 4,968 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each by Ian Ireland, at an average price of €5.96 per share on 15 May 2014.
Following this purchase of shares, Ian Ireland is the beneficial owner of 142,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.38% of the Company's current issued share capital. Ian Ireland is the Managing Director of the Company.
