Board Resignation

Donegal Investment Group announces today that Mr. Richard Whelan, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has resigned from Donegal Investment Group’s board of directors effective today, 20 January 2017.  The Company would like to take this opportunity to thank Richard for his considerable contribution and commitment to the Company since joining the board in 2014 and would like to wish him every success in his future endeavours.
