Treasury Shares

 

 

On 12 September 2014 Donegal Investment Group purchased 2,462 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each at a price of €6.00 per share to be held as treasury shares.

 

The Company now has:

  • 17,611 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each held as treasury shares; and
  • 10,267,979 Ordinary Shares in issue.
